Raw materials include not only polyethylene raw materials, but also color masterbatch, stainless steel wire, Aluminum foil, printing ink, etc., every aspect is important.
Mix raw materials and the masterbatch, make different color films; the designated patterns are printed on the film and compounded with aluminum foil or other materials, then cut into different widths and lengths.
The packaging of caution tape is various, we can design pull-out color box packaging, color paper shrink packaging, display boxes packaging, etc.

Our buried detectable caution tape has two kinds:
1)PE+ Stainless Steel Wire(SS304 or SS316)+OPP
2) PE + AL + OPP
There are no-adhesive, Any other size and color can be customized, Customized Logo.
If the tapes is 3mil or less than 3mil, lay it in the ditch 300-500mm above the pipe / cable and as close to the ground surface as possible.
If the tapes more than 4mil, lay it in the ditch 450-700mm above the pipe / cable and as close to the ground surface as possible.
Underground warning tapes have two kinds:
1) non-detectable warning tape
2) detectable warning tape
Aluminum foil detectable warning tape, buried in the ground can be used for 8-20 years.
Tracer wire detectable warning tape, buried in the ground can be used for 10-30 years.
